Professional engineer with 15+ years’ leadership experience in infrastructure project development with budgets from 1M to 33M CAD, for projects up to 2B CAD

Led development of novel energy storage project (1.5B USD) in California including: development of Pre-FEED scope, schedule and cost estimate, regulatory/permitting/ environmental strategy, commercial optimization, and construction contracting strategy 

Conducted commercial and technical due diligence for over 1B CAD of solar, wind and cogeneration projects, including management reviews and recommendations 

Supervised project management and proposal development of 1.8GW of NGCC power plants in Mexico, including: full technical optimization, EPC contract negotiation, commercial optimization, and regulatory/environmental review 

Provided the leadership for developing, recruiting and coaching a high performing project development team capable of developing power, pipeline and gas processing projects across Mexico and Latin America
